“School on General Relativity, Astrophysics and Cosmology” at the University of Warsaw

The UW Faculty of Physics together with the European Centre for Geological Education in Chęciny will host an international summer research event, “The School on General Relativity, Astrophysics, and Cosmology” from 24th July to 4th August 2023.
This school is designed to broaden the knowledge and skills of doctoral candidates and young researchers in the fields of gravitational theory, quantum gravity models, relativistic astrophysics, cosmology, and gravitational wave physics. Participants will have the opportunity to network with internationally recognised experts, potentially leading to future research collaborations.
The Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw is the main organiser of this event, with support from the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science at Jagiellonian University.
This event is a project under the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme, Action IV.4.2 “International Summer Schools for PhD students and young research employees”.
